No Refunds and Transfer Details: All event ticket sales are final but can be transferred (sold) to another party up to 48 hours before event date. We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased for any reason, including, but not limited to, personal circumstances, change of mind, or inability to attend the event. Contact Tori at [email protected] with full name and email address of the purchaser to initiate a ticket transfer.

Transfers to Future Events: In lieu of attending the current event or transferring your ticket, you may choose to transfer your ticket to a future event within 12 months from the original event date. To request a transfer to a future event, contact Tori at [email protected]

Adjustments and Cancellations by Organizer: Marcus Benjamin Enterprises reserves the right to adjust event date, location, or schedule with at least three weeks notice to attendees, except for medical emergencies and acts of God. In the rare event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be offered the option to transfer their tickets to a future event within 12 months.
